I propose a street by street survey this autumn, asking every household what it wants. I will oppose Sunday parking charges. Winchester needs a vibrant Sunday economy. I will fight to get businesses and jobs into the ward, including the Bar End and Winnall trading estates and elsewhere.

TORIES IN CHAOS OVER BUCKLE CAR PARK PLANS. Conservative plans for the Buckle car park continue to be in a state of confusion.
